Voters were asked to select the top three banks based on: reliability of market-making, keenness of pricing, depth of liquidity provision, speed of execution, access to e-trading platforms, efficiency of post-trade processing, product innovation.
Three points were awarded for a first place nomination, two points for a second place and one point for a third place.
Voters were not permitted to vote for their own institution.
The overall results were created from the simple sum of votes cast in the constituent categories.
