Korn grapples with Thailand’s downturn
I think so. We’ve got three years. When we came on board, people were saying [that we had] a matter of months, and then they saw us getting down to business and then we had by-elections, which were positive, better than expected, and people are now beginning to talk about years. It’s good for our ability to do our job and it’s also good for the economy whether in reality we last that long or not. But it is a coalition government and so there are always risks attached to that and from what I can see the relationship between us and our coalition partners is good. It has to be said that the opposition doesn’t have its act together yet, which can’t be bad for the government.
This may sound corny but the most critical is the general public.
