Wafra’s structured finance division has structured, implemented and managed about 30 leasing programmes with about $1.5 billion in assets under management, separated into two distinct risk profiles: ijara leasing funds with moderate risk that target investment-grade and comparable lessees; and structured leasing funds that target a combination of investment-grade lessees.
