Euromoney’s eighth annual Best managed companies in central and eastern Europe ranking is based on a survey of market analysts at leading banks and research institutes in the region. Respondents are asked to nominate the top-three companies in each of the countries or sectors they cover, bearing in mind market strength, profitability, growth potential and quality of management and earnings.
Points are awarded on the scale of 4:3:2 for nominations for first, second and third place respectively. Companies’ results are expressed as a percentage of total points received in each category, together with the number of companies that received points in each category.
