Guy Cooper
Managing Director
Guy Cooper is Managing Director of Euromoney and Euromoney Learning. He is responsible for setting the overall strategy for the business. He has extensive knowledge and experience of delivering value in a global B2B information services businesses. Coupled with a successful track record of managing multiple P&Ls in both Plc and Private Equity environments.
Plus, has led complex organizational change programs involving multiple brands and services covering a broad spectrum of financial services. Guy holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Engineering from Nottingham University.
Andrei Charniauski
Chief Research Officer & Head of Awards
Andrei Charniauski runs Euromoney’s product organisation and is responsible for product strategy, research agenda, and accreditation programs. Andrei joined from banking software vendor Finastra where he was responsible for product strategy, portfolio strategy and market intelligence.
He previously led research and analyst teams at IDC and RBR/Datos Insights covering financial services via published research, consulting, and industry events. Andrei holds an MA degree in International Financial Analysis, a BA in Applied Maths and a BA in Business and Economics.
Richard Lee
Commercial Director
Richard Lee is Commercial Director for Euromoney. He is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the commercial strategy to support business development. By studying current market trends and understanding the industry within which the business operates, Richard has been able to maximise business opportunities and build steady and sustainable financial growth.
He has extensive experience in both publishing and advisories for finance and FinTech, including market leading brands like Risk.net, Waters Technology and Chartis Research.
Claudia Marquez Reyes
Head of Marketing
Claudia Marquez Reyes is Head of Marketing. She leads Euromoney’s marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, customer engagement and enhance brand recognition.
She joined Delinian (formerly Euromoney Institutional Investor) in 2011. With experience across various brands in the Financial and Professional Services division, she has evolved into a strategic and collaborative marketing leader capable of making sound decisions, aligning cross-functional teams, and nurturing her team members.
Sofia Cerqueira
Head of Sustainability and Content Strategy
Sofia Cerqueira is Head of Content Strategy and Head of Sustainability. She oversees the team’s analysis and insights reports and writes about sustainability in banking and sustainable finance.
With 12 years of experience in M&A, private equity and capital markets, Sofia joins from Mergermarket and Dealogic, where she led ECM product and content strategy. She holds an executive MBA from Cranfield University and an MA in Media & Journalism from the Erasmus Mundus Consortium.
Laurie McAughtry
Head of Capital Markets
Laurie McAughtry is Head of Capital Markets at Euromoney, responsible for designing, developing and executing the firm’s capital markets coverage, content and commercial strategy. She joined from global publishing firm Markets Media, where she oversaw the transformation and consolidation of the firm’s equities titles into a single market-leading platform.
Laurie has a strong background across equities, debt and FX, as well as expertise in market structure, trading and execution, public and private markets, regulation and financial services technology. She holds a BA (hons) from Balliol College, Oxford and an MA from Oxford Brookes, as well as a diploma in economics & finance from Columbia University, New York.
Ana Voicilă
Head of Transaction Banking
Ana Voicilă is Head of Transaction Banking, responsible for content and product development in this area. Ana started her career at Citi in Treasury and Trade Solutions, with roles varying from project management, sales, strategy, and digital transformation. She joined Euromoney from Coalition Greenwich, where she worked in client intelligence.
Ana has a BA in Economics and Business from University College London and an MLA in Finance, Extension Studies at Harvard University. She also holds several graduate level certifications in finance, economics, and business from Harvard Business School and Harvard Extension School.
Elliot Wilson
Head of Private Banking
Elliot Wilson is Head of Private Banking at Euromoney. Over a 25-year span as a financial and business journalist, he has covered and lived in emerging markets, including China and India, living in the likes of Mumbai, Beijing and Hong Kong.
Elliot was a freelance journalist between 2006-2020, before rejoining Euromoney as Asia editor and global private banking and wealth management editor. He is a leading writer and opinion maker on the increasingly profitable and powerful world of private banking and wealth management.
Dominic O’Neill
Head of Banking US & Europe
Dominic O’Neill is Head of Banking, US and Europe. As Euromoney’s EMEA editor between 2016 and 2024, he got to know many of the leading figures in European finance. He had a front-row seat in the transformative changes affecting banks during this period – from the balance sheet clean-ups following the Eurozone crisis, to the existential crisis of negative rates, and the technological revolution accelerated by Covid-19.
He previously covered banking and finance in emerging markets, occupying senior editorial positions at Euromoney and LatinFinance, based in New York.
Larissa Ku
Head of Asia
Larissa Ku is Head of Asia. Her responsibilities include content development, editorial coverage, fostering connections with bankers and industry leaders, and participating in the Asia awards selection process.
Based in Hong Kong, she has spent more than a decade covering private equity, banking, treasury and fintech across various brands, including Asian Venture Capital Journal – where she won State Street Institutional Press Awards Asia Pacific 2023’s journalist of the year for the Technology category – Corporate Treasurer, DigFin and Mingpao News.
Ben Naylor
Head of Research
Ben is Global Head of Research for Euromoney. He is responsible for designing the research processes and methodologies for Euromoney’s awards, rankings and surveys and leading the teams who deliver the results.
He has worked in market research for almost 15 years and has extensive experience running global qualitative and quantitative research projects and teams with a focus on financial and professional services. He has an NCTJ and a BA in English and American literature.
Peter York
Head of Sales
Peter York is Head of Sales for Euromoney. He leads the business development team, servicing Euromoney’s global client base. He also develops and implements our benchmarking and accreditation products, by consulting and analysing the financial market.
Peter has over 15 years of experience in media sales including content and live events, within financial and professional services. He holds a BA Hons in English.
