Russia debate: Russia pushes on with financial markets developments

Gleb Davidyuk (GD) is a partner at Mint Capital, a member of the board of directors at Elecsnet, and the chairman of Mone and Tinkoff Restaurants. He has more than 15 years’ private equity experience in western and Russian funds.
Roman Goryunov (RG) is the chief executive of the RTS Stock Exchange. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the exchange industry and has been actively involved in the development of local market infrastructure and legislation, particularly in derivatives trading. He was appointed chief executive of Group RTS in July 2007, having previously served as head of derivatives trading, actively participating in the creation of the Forts market.
Vladimir Milovidov (VM) has been head of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) since 2007. He began his career as a researcher at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations. He was first deputy head of the Federal Commission for Securities Markets from 2000 to 2003, and head of the Department of Financial Markets from 2003 to 2004.
George Nianias (GN) is founder and group chairman of the Denholm Hall Group.
