Boothill Superhuman Resources (incorporating the Executive Exchange),
Exchange Square, London EC2
Be impressed, how do you like this new letterhead of mine, kinda smooth and discreet and expensive, like all good consultants need to be, on account if they are cheap who rates their advice?
This one is my new baby, and comes with my new strategy which is to reposition the bank where the margins are fat and the risks are predictable and the money flows thru to the stockholders, instead of being hijacked for the bonus pool in good years and then lost in bad ones, and if such a sound business generates fee-earning spinoffs, why then, this is just the jelly on the butter on the bread.
A few years ago we try our hand at executive search, and notch up some winners, at that, we find Martin Taylor for Barclays with an ad that says family bank seeks non-family chap, but then our headhunter gets hunted away and I put the operation on the back burner, so I figure now is the time to turn the heat up.
We relaunch as Superhuman Resources with a reception at Usurers Hall, where I make a short pitch of welcome, to explain how this is a full service financial service consultancy, not just finding guys for jobs but inplacement, outplacement bespoke motivational packages and remuneration audits, come buy, come try, come buy.
