Banks know they still have to find the perfect way to trade online. Even supposedly friendly clients aren't happy. In our research, we asked banks to put us in touch with people who used their sites, in order to get feedback. One UK fund manager said of one bank's service: "I don't know what to say. I'm not a great fan of it. The performance was atrocious." The bank that recommended this fund manager considers itself to be unrivalled in its ability to gauge client satisfaction with its web offerings.
