IR Global is launching a new service to assist listed companies in managing their relationships with international institutional shareholders more effectively.
The Talon database, a collection of global equity data from 4,000 institutions and 24,000 mutual fund portfolios, will allow corporates instant online access to this global database of listed companies and funds. It will even provide individual fund manager contact details.
"Companies need to reach out to shareholders more pro-actively than ever before," says Mark Street, IR Global's MD, "But they have been held back by a lack of information at their fingertips." Talon, says Street, will provide them with the information they need to achieve their goals in IR in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
