Latham & Watkins, the global law firm, has appointed three new members to its New York office in a bid to enhance its reputation as a top leveraged finance firm. Marc Hanrahan, Ronan Wicks and Marcus Dougherty will focus their practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in senior lending transactions.
"Most of the finance community is already aware of our strength in high yield, and many of our clients already use us to provide ?one-stop' financing service on both the senior and subordinated ends of the capital structure. By teaming up with Marc Hanrahan and his team, we will expand our ability to provide one-stop leveraged finance services to our clients," said Kirk Davenport, the chair of Latham's Global Corporate Finance Practice Group.
