Banco do Brasil registers BRL 1.438 bln net profits
The Brazilian commercial bank Banco do Brasil registered net profits of BRL 1.438 billion in the third quarter of 2005, a growth of 72.6 percent compared with equal period of 2004. The performance beat the expectation of analyst, and the bank showed annualized return on stockholders equity of 40.8 percent.
