Alistair Rae, FD of Jarvis, has resigned from the company after refusing to join the head office move to York from London.
Rae, who took on the FD role last September to help steer the company through its restructuring process, will leave after a suitable handover period, says the company.
His responsibilities will be split between chief financial officer Alasdair Marnoch and deputy finance director Kjell Karlsen.
