Somewhat bizarrely, he is dressed as a woman and is wearing a rather spangly mini dress. He looks rather pleased with himself, although in my view he could do with losing a few kilos.
I thought I had a story on my hands to rival that of Andrew Tong, a former trader at SAC Capital Advisers. Tong has initiated a lawsuit claiming that his former boss, Ping Jiang, forced him to take female hormone tablets because he was too aggressive. Tong claims that this not only caused him physical and emotional distress, but led to him wearing women’s clothes.
Was the same happening here in London, I wondered. My Aussie trader’s boss replied: “It takes all types to make a successful trading operation.”
The trader him(or is it her?)self said that I was free to use the photo but would prefer it if I didn’t. I told him that, because I was such a nice bloke, I would respect his wishes. The truth is that I’m a bit worried there may be one or two photos of myself floating around that might cause me similar embarrassment. (Oh yeah? I might just have to find those – Sub-ed. Don’t think I’ve forgotten last week’s insults.)
