Elsewhere, Deutsche Bank has appointed Bob Tyley as head of a new strategic solutions group. The group is part of the institutional client group in Deutsche’s global markets division and is an effort to provide solutions for insurance companies and pensions. Tyley was a managing director and European head of the insurance and pensions solutions group at Merrill Lynch until recently.
