People moves: JPMorgan bolsters structured finance team

JPMorgan is beefing up its European real estate structured finance business with several new hires.

Jon Rickert: on a new hiring run at JPMorgan

Kevin Davidson joins as an executive director in the UK and Irish origination team from Deutsche Bank. He was worked in real estate and property finance for 13 years. At Deutsche he was a director in the UK conduit origination team and before that was senior lending manager in the property finance team at Nationwide Building Society.

Christian Jamison is joining the UK and Irish origination team as a vice-president. Previously he was director for real estate business development at GE Real Estate, General Electric’s real estate investment business. He will focus on top client relationships with UK, Irish and international property investors.

Both report to Jon Rickert, head of European real estate structured finance. Rickert heads a 45-strong team and has plans to hire 10 more people by July, including two originators in Amsterdam and two in Frankfurt.

Already on board in Amsterdam is Peter Hildering, who joins as vice-president to lead the property finance business in the Netherlands. His job is to provide structured finance to local and international clients.
