People moves: New spot for Low
Scott Cousins has left his role at Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong and is moving to Royal Bank of Scotland, where he will join the G11 spot market making team. At the time of writing, it was not certain whether he would remain in Hong Kong, or move down to Singapore.
